Provide staff support, oversight and planning for the First Call Theological Education program

Provide guidance and support to the bishop in matters of sexual misconduct cases

Provide "added presence" of the Office of the Bishop in the Richmond, Peninsula and Tidewater Conferences

Attend meetings of:

Staff
Executive Committee
Synod Council
Council of Deans
Region 9
Other events as appropriate

Attend Synod and Churchwide Assemblies

Preach, teach, lead retreats, do installations and be present at synodical gatherings and ecumenical events as needed or requested by the bishop.
